    Nouver knowledge quest unavailable​
    Bug Description:
    The NPC in Ibellab Oasis does not have the quest.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Lvl 65 toon who completed Valencia Quest chains I and II still can not find this quest.​

    And enable display all quest types in quest settings and u will see quest, its need 55 level online no other requirements.
