Npc Baugi missing

Sry to bother you but i need to finish my campaign quest and im on the one where i have to talk to Baugi the npc. He is not where he is supposed to be. I have tried using /select and various other methods and nothing happened so it give me the impression that he is not there. Not glitched up or down which means that Elyos must have killed him again. I dont know his respawn time or the server restart time. If you would, can you plz restart the server or respawn him. In the future it would be very helpful if you can somehow make him immune to damage so that he can still protect people from Elyos and not get killed. He is an important npc for main quest line and yet Elyos apparently keeps killing him which is preventing ppl from finishing those quest. It is very bothersome because people like me have to wait for a very long time just to do that one quest. Thank you very much for your time.

 

Maybe there is a bug with the respawn time or smth like that. How long are you already waitng for this npc?
