    The NPC Holm is most likely killed by your friendly Elyos opponents. Most likely, like always, Holm will take his time to respawn, perhaps on a server restart. Your best option is to /w a gm ingame through the help of .gmlist ...

    maybe got tired of being a messenger, also check the bug reports but i'm sure someone has reported it already.

    if you do quest all the time there are a lot of them not working. so good luck and thanks i guess for the effort.
