    NPC Intimacy problem. knowledge of interest and intimacy​
    Bug Description:
    When trying to communicate,100% the knowledge of interest has failed many times Dialogue and communication.

    Full use of 100% the knowledge of interest,But there is no interest in NPC    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Try to communicate with NPC many times​
