NPC respawns timings

Is it possible to add respawn timers to the NPCs. As important NPCs for campaigns and or quest are continuously killed by the opposing faction.

NPCs like Baugi are killed on a daily basis and its annoying to have to wait for a server restart to be able to do the campaign.

I once had to wait days for the server to restart to be able to do the campaign for my Sorc.I did try asking an AM if the npc could be manually spawned but was told it was impossible.

 

Just make em invulnerable and without aggro.

 

I totally disagree with this, how are they supposed to guard the place, especially besfer refugee camp and camp kistenian. Elys might spawn camp there.
