    [NPC] Wacky Toshi​
    Bug Description:
    According to the BDO-Codex, there should be a Wacky Toshi at the bridge near the Polly Forest, but I do not have a Western-Retail-BDO account to verify. Not sure if there are more missing Wacky Toshi's, but the BDO-Codex map of Toshi's shows quite a lot.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
