Old chars items

Hello! My old chars cant be transferred (from lumiel), my transferable items are in siel and its ok. But my pets and titles if lumiel will end do i get my stuff to a new char or it will be deleted with the server and i need to forget it? Sorry for my english.

 

If you can't transfer your lumiel characters for whatever reasons then yes your pets/titles and everything on it will be lost.

 

Its not the answer,i have pets,titles and i cant transfer my old char,so my farming hours will be lost??and ill need to do all campaigns,quests all over again

 

arent admins going to do anything about it? technically it wasn't the player's fault that they cant transfer the characters. maybe they can look at it and see if they can replace it in siel. another thing is the mounts. if it is on a certain character that you cant transfer there will be no option for you to transfer it unless you get a vip and send it to the new character since the items.pak that was created wont allow us to store the mounts in acct WH.

 

He said he can't transfer and I replied to him in case he can't transfer, then everything will be lost.

 

maybe you should answer with a solution.

There is no solution, old characters can't be transferred, at least not with the transfer system.

I know.

 

Then i would suggest a force transfer from admins. lets say they will create a thread (just like the email change request) were players can request for a force transfer to siel. that might take some time from the admins but that's the least thing that they can do for the players of lumiel whom are forced to either transfer or leave gamez.
