Website Issue One Slight Issue

    Okay, so I tried to donate but when I did, neither of the systems in-which you have implemented to donate worked for me. Is there a way I can donate via paypal, and get the credits for it still or is that a no-go? Please respond whenever you can. o/

    The donation methods everyone is supplied with depend merely on your country. If you see some methods that other users can see, it's not "your account" or "something wrong with it", it's just that they are not supported in your country :p That also means that if you can only see certain methods, that's the only ones you have to use.

    Now, I don't know what you got wrong during donating but please make sure you used all preferred methods from both SuperRewards and Paymentwall. If nothing works I'd like to see what goes wrong during the donation.

    I can tell you who my Banking Provider if that would help you, but I've done both and neither seems to work now.

    Well then, you're better off contacting those methods if it's an error on their end, or your bank if it's an error on their end. For example if you cannot proceed with the money deduction then it can either be the donating method's fault or your bank's fault, or if the money was deducted but you got an error after, it is definitely the method's fault.

    We are not the ones who handle the transactions (only what happens after), so if a transaction isn't working then it's one of the companies' fault. Each method has a help/contact button somewhere around so click that and send them a message so they can help you, and make sure your card or whatever else you are using is being accepted and not rejected.
