Orb or Tome

Hi, I was wondering if it's better to go for Orb or Tome on this server? I know regular server you want a Tome for more ma but i dont know if that's necessary on this server.

 

Orb. Even your sorcerer or Spirit master

 

I'd use tome for SM this time for OP MR of enemies. And I'll use Orb for bursting enemies who has high Magic Suppression.

 

Do people stack MR still I thought it mostly MS or Block now?

 

Orb is the best for me. You should use it too. But when you are using tome, you can attack target with long range more than ORB can do while far from the target. You check it yourself. Its your decision.

 

The best would be both and switch weapon when needed. Now for this server I would go with Orb coz Full MR builds are very few atm and you can somehow deal with them using SOF and M.Assist.
Most of them were clerics with OP gear so doesn't make any difference if you have a tome or Orb And some of them are OP geared Gladis switcing their gear when fighting mages.

 

The most annoying MR is Archdaeva Manastone Will.

Orb: Sorcs, Tome: SM's. Why? Sorcs got buff that gives MA, (+1000 and +200/300 i guess), and SM's doesn't have as much as that MA.
