Organized 1v1's at Lumiel (Elyos + Asmos)

So, yeah - I'm a bit tired of killing 1 person in Gelk just to see half of his legion zerging after me.

I'd like to improve my noob-like skills as an assassin and would like to have or see some 1v1's.

If you want to duel me or anyone who is there, just post a comment in this thread with the following format:
Race: Name, Class

Pls also name:
Preferred class to duel (I myself only have SM, Sorc, Assassin, Cleric atm)

Rules:
- Once you go there, you are NOT allowed to kill anyone from the opposing race.
- If you want to start a duel with a person from your own race, you can start immediately.
- If you want to start a duel with the opposing race, you need to request it by using an Aion Translator.
- If someone requested to duel you, write "+" in chat once you are ready.
- Anything except DP skills is allowed.
- Flying is NOT allowed unless both persons agree to do so.
- All duels will be recorded by me unless you explicitly state that you don't want to.
- Placing kisks in that area is allowed.

I'd also love to see some other people dueling.
The duels will be held on this platform in the abyss, by flying downwards from the core / center of the abyss:

Preferred class to duel: anything

If you also feel like you're tired of getting zerged and want to participate just to have some nice 1v1s, leave a post in the format I mentioned, I'll whisper the persons ingame. I just want to have some fun, I don't care about winning or losing...but 1v20 is no fun for me...

Maybe we can make this area generally a place for 1v1 fights so that anyone who feels like dueling can come there without being afraid of getting zerged.

In case you want to PM me before I do: Try a character search with the name "Aky", all my characters start with this prefix.

I'll duel your SM on my assassin, I'm most likely going to lose but I really really want some practice against good SMs because 90% of the SMs on Gamez are horrible and stick with zergs so I don't get any true fights =S would also like some tips on what a good assassin can do to pressure you.

This is a pretty cool idea but there will always be people that will abuse your system.

 

Good Idea but I expected this from an AM. Thumbs Up. I doubt I will ever try to go there though. It's far too pointless announcing it publicly. People are gonna go there and faceroll on people who are noble enough to come and not kill the opposing race players. There was this one time in Heiron an asmodian said 1=1 and was pointing to Mayari. They did 1v1 and me and Doth just watched. When I came to gelkmaros we got zerged, asmodians were down waiting at hanarkand. I said 1v1 using translator and pointed to the cleric. I went down and zerg came from nowhere like poof. There are only a few of us here in Lumiel, noble ones who would want a real challenge than facerolling the keyboard with everybody for one enemy.

I remember that forum announcement or in-game by an AM announcing an asmodian vs elyos group in Asteria fortress? And everybody came to ruin the event or something like that.(A story told by a friend, this happened before I started playing again)

 

I was thinking of creating a thread like this for Siel, however explain the 10y.o. pinoy kids not to attack you meanwhile you're having a 1v1 battle.
I wish I could transfer all my gears to Lumiel already along with my characters >_<

To be perfectly honest, I'd need some time to get used to Lumiel. Different places to PvP, working stigma system, players with different mentality.
For example the last time I played with stigma was approximately two years ago on IA (y'know what it is, but I'm avoiding advertising)

 

yeah but i like the idea of aky.. in lumiel there are less zergs, than siel i think.. you would easily get the hang with the stigma with your experience qith aion..

 

True, lumiel is completely different as Siel is now, that is why I'm excited about the transfer system (if it's ever going to be implemented)
However I'm afraid that a bunch of people will transfer along with me, so Lumiel will become the same zergfest as Siel is atm.
