Party Restriction, why?

I remember this feature being disabled before Lahn's release, why is this restriction working here? Is it intended?

I'm talking about the level restriction to party with someone else. If you (or anyone else) are 6 lvls above your friends, you won't get any XP.
This feature have been removed months ago in the official servers, that's why I came to ask if it was intended here.

 

its easy enough to level up. a power level is not needed to be honest

 

OH right! Yeah I had the same worries that it would be a big problem for partying in general because it is very rare that you end up at the same level interval as the people you want to play with, the thing is -as the previous message stated- partying up for power leveling is not something you would absolutely need to do on our server, but I do understand that it will make some players quite unhappy that they now have to choose between receiving Experience while not in a party or to receive extra Loot drop while in a party.
It would very much make a good difference if it were changed or -as you suggested- removed altogether.

Yeah, I forgot how easy is to leveling, I was just thinking about playing together with my friends.
Anyway, hope they change it, even if it's not needed. It's a good change to bring new players.
