pass word problem

I am sorry, I need to post this because i don't know what to do for more, I reseted my game account pass and and it went successfully, i open my email and verify it but when I login it says "u entered the wrong password" i checked keyboard for caps lock or what ever but still i cant login, maybe i forgot my new pass, but when i went to reset again it said 'cannot continue u need to contact Gamez staff', any body can help me?

 

Is your password by any chance too long or contains special characters?

 

If you can login on gamezbd.net then the password is correct.
On the launcher, try unchecking the remember me and then check it again; type your user name and password.
Works for me when I used to switch from my alts.

 

You're indeed right, and the only reason I didn't mention anything about BDO is because the guy is asking about AION (a quick search of his posts will tell you what the guy is playing )
