password change problem !

hey guys , recently i've read alot of account issues , people trying to restore their accounts that are ( maybe ) hacked , so i wanted to change my password , anyway , whenever i try to do so , i get the "A confirmation email was sent, Please verfy your account" message , i log in to my yahoo , and no message , i thought i may have mistaken the email , logged in to all my emails , no single message from gamez aion community , any suggestions ?

Yahoo is notoriously shit at receiving emails from us for some reason.
