Website Issue Payment Problem

I'm playing in Turkey. When I try to pay, it redirects to the web page without any transactions. I can't get credit. What can I do?

game owners need donate and we need extra features in the game, so this problem needs to be resolved or the solution, if any, needs to be shown urgently.

Debit Mastercard/Visa won’t work. The only thing that it’s working for donation is by using paypal account and is for safety purposes.

 

no external paypal payments?

 

Sad to say but there’s no other option to donate other than PayPal. I literally tried the other payment method before but all of those options are complicated.

If you guys have master card you can use the visa/master card payment method it's work fine and i received the credits few mins.

Yes, you have to create a PayPal account then register your visa card there.

 

Hi there, If you don’t mind me asking, Since when did you try donating on Master/Visa Card? bc when I tried to donate by using Master/Visa Card just now, it directs me from website yet there’s no actual receipt nor confirmation that given when the transaction has been successfully made. On top of that, I didn’t get deducted on my bank account and my credits are still the same.
