    Hi guys,

    Today I've tried to reach the 'rare spawn' NPC Pegureronerk in SR with a friend. Unfortunately we've ran intro trouble opening his cell door. We aren't quite sure what we missed, probably a key? or perhaps the door is bugged? or do we need to do a quest first?

    Did anyone reach him, if so, did you use a key and which one?
