Pila Fe spell scrolls not working​

Bug Description:

When using a scroll the boss did not come out, I thought it was lag, but I was able to kill nearby enemies. It no longer lets me pull any scroll, it says that I don't meet the requirements. I've tried switching servers but it still doesn't work. I hope you can help me, thank you.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I honestly don't know how to recreate the error, I had already used 71 scrolls before​

 

I already found the problem, I was in a group with a friend and he had changed the channel
