Plastic Surgery Bug

    I havent this problem before its really new to me and either had not heard of someone else having trouble with this.
    The thing is I want to edit my character and its not big deal, made a mistake when i made it with the legs and look abnormal xD and the edit goes well until i go to the selection screen and look like it was when i created it... same when he sits literaly "transforms" here goes the screens.

    Its a not big deal bug but the less i can do its report, its the 3rd time i remodel it and goes the same.
