Platinum Medals bug?

    Hy,
    I dont't know why but I dont recive platinum medals at lv 55(only survey is the one with perno's quest that i never made..), can someone help me? my acc is vip can this be a problem?

    You recive platinum medals with no quest needed, just leveling up, at 50 or 55, don't remember :)
    If not, idk the solution..
