    go to Abyssal Sphinter and find those treasure boxes.. u will find plat medals there

    Fight in Ingisson and Gelkmaros during the fort's vulnerable time, which seems to have been bugged lately.

    When not bugged you can get up to 5 plat medals. More or less depending on how much AP you earn. Only a certain amount of people get 5, 4 and so on, depending on your AP.
