    I have some questions WHY IS ALL MY CHARACTERS GONE WHEN I LOG-IN MY ACCOUNT IN GAMEZAION WEBSITE...??


    So GUYZ IM HOPING YOU CAN ALL HELP ME IN IT...

    Well, seeing as how your character doesn't exist, I think it's safe to assume that your characters have been deleted somehow. If you haven't played in a long time, then that would explain things.

    That, or you spelled your character's name wrong. One can only guess I suppose.

    try to create again with the same name of that toon gone then check the name if that name is already taken or that name can be use which really means that youre former toon was DELETED..
