Please Help...

I enter in my username and password, Then click accept to the terms and conditions i click accept the terms and conditions window disappears as usual but it does not load me to my character/server selection screen, what I'm left looking at is the background of moving down the hallway with the music playing, there's nothing to click.

Try logging in now.
And; DO NOT give your password out to anyone. I mean it when I say nobody; not staff members either. Giving out your password is just a crime waiting to haveppen.

Let me ask you this. What's the version of your Aion client? To check this, just go to your Aion folder & open version.ini

where i can find this file cus i dnt have it..

 

Go the location where your Aion is installed and you should find the file.

 

Well that's okay. Because you mentioned the hallway part I assume you still have the 4.7 client. Also your Global Version is 78 whereas mine is 86, looks like you're missing some patches.
I suggest you to update your client FULLY using the NCsoft launcher as Gamez now supports the latest retail client. (to open the NCsoft Launcher simply open the Aion shortcut)

 

i installed gamez aion launcher above the original game files FREE TO PLAY..

 

FREE TO PLAY, you say? Okay so, you have the Gameforge Client.
Gamez only supports the NCsoft Client. You can either install the game through the NCsoft Launcher or via a Torrent.

 

Just download the torrent version, as mentioned by @Saruayu, hassle free and ready to play already. Also it'll possibly be a tad faster than ncsoft's launcher.
