i recently bought 100 l190 enhancement stones from the item shop(20 purchases of 5 l190 stones) to upgrade my abg gear.

i managed to +15 everything (my GS was +15 before this) then tried to relog, i couldn't log out, so i quit which worked, when i started the game again my gear went back to what it was before enhancement and SOME of the stones returned to my inventory.

after that i turned fraps on and started taking SS's of what i was doing, i redid the enhancement and got most of my abg gear to +15 with only my gloves being +12, again i tried to relog with no success, reverted to quiting which worked, got back on and my gear went back to how it was before again, and again only some of the stones returned to my inventory the rest were lost, how is beyond my understanding.

at this point i bought more stones, just coz i really wanted my gear to be all +15, but this time i bought 1 at a time logged in and tried to enhance with the same results as before, only this time the stones i recently bought disappeared.

i've been reading the forum and most people are saying to contact the adim directly through pm, i'm attaching Screen Shots of my character, please help me, you can also check my history of purchases to make sure i bought as much as i am saying.

Please help me, i don't get why this is happening, and why my gear won't stay at whatever i enhance it to and why my stones disappeared.

what are problems all about Sir

 

Sir my problems if summarised would be.

.My enhancements don't last, i keep enhancing them again and again with less and less stones, which seem to disappear after i get back on the game
.now my gear is not were i enhanced then to and i don't have stones.
.after enhancing you can't log out
.the stones are not duplicates they were bought from the Gamez website
. if you'll look at the first post you'll notice i enhanced everything to +15, only to have them fall back to what they were before enhancement (no screen shot for that)
. the second paragraph says i managed to enhace everything to +15 except the abg gloves which only made it to +12 using a total of 95 stones (screen shot 1)....note i bought 100 stones
.third paragraphs says i got desperate to get everything to +15 but found that my most recent purchase had disappeared
.fourth paragraph is just providing more proof of purchase
.finally it was plea for help

in short my gear is not where it's supposed to be and the balace of stones are not there.
my current gear after my last log out stands at
GS +15
breastplate +15
greaves +15
boots +15
pauldrons +10
gloves +1(i think might be +0)(not gonna log on that character till this is sorted)

so from all +15 to 5 pieces of +15 and 1 peice of +12, to 4 peices of +15 and 1 peice of +10 and 1 peice of +1.
