Possible speedhacker

This is a vid about a possible speedhacker that I posted not too long ago. The person is "teleporting" like a speedhacker and dont have any flight scrolls active, I was able to catch up but that might have been because he had to stop to fight someone else. They could also be trying to be sneaky and just setting it so that they just get a very slight boost in speed so its not obvious that they might be hacking. Some one posted that my graphics settings are messed up. I run my game on a laptop that is a very powerful machine but it only has a 256mb so I cant have everything on high settings, but I can see high. If the graphics seem blurry I can try a site other than youtube or send the vid directly to anyone who needs to see it. Im reposting this because they previous post got locked for some reason and I never got an answer as to why.
