Post here your items that you lost during crash.
Don't post any fake loses like a +15 item lost.
Add account and char to report.

P.S a admin or Head gm need to decide if you get items.

 

i made my new EAT plate set on glad +15 , and filled with attack manastones , and now only pants are left ... rest are +0 and no manastones at all , just empty shells ... i spend loads of kinah for enchants , the set was two days old so i suppose that`s why it didn`t rolled back

well it's not an item....i had 8 black dyes in the broker...10m each.....so after the crash i went to check and there were not dyes and i could not collect money cause the weren't any...i hope i get my kinah... although if u decide not to give itams or money back,that's ok with me...i love this server and i will keep on supporting you guys!

I have lost 2k credit points, ordered item and it's not in my inventory.

 

i had 25 true black dye i buy them for my vote point..15 of them i had put in item broker the other 10 i had in my invertory..

 

just bought a ABG earing(crit one) from vote points had 950 ( was lazy waiting ) so i donated another 1$ and its gone ...

Ok i am making Print screen almost every day because i heard that some item dissapera .. so i want to have a proof of my items if they are gone ... so this crap thappen to me like 20min ago http://img840.imageshack.us/i/aion0027p.jpg/ //first picture with what i had .... http://img9.imageshack.us/i/aion0028ez.jpg/ second with all gone http://img191.imageshack.us/i/aion0031jd.jpg/ this is WH Clean and another pic with WH http://img32.imageshack.us/i/aion0032p.jpg/ so some people don t say that i hide them somewhere those 500pot i bought them with ap .All i want are those 2 pc's of tribunus that i vote for them is CRAP to just dissapear the Hole inventory and.. i didn t sell them because in some pic i have 450m and on last i have 1.2b to stupid to sell them with 400 300m each ... the money i have from selling abyss lvl 30 belt and potions....this is the 4 -5 time when i post and still nobody answer..only zodake said to pm Carl but i wait

i didn`t lost the set ... i enchanted the set this morning , and i lost the stones i put in it ... spent 270m on low lvl stones and 2b for 30 x L100 stones to make from +10 to +15 , and farmed myself for one hour at least for crit / attack stones

i can put printscreen with empty shell eat set if that helps ...

 

i lost earing of ascending and noah's tears when i sold it at broker, and i never received any kinah from it there was also nothing when i checked in sold items

i have the same problem here...i sold my 8 black dyes for 10m each and then went to check sold items...could no collect my 80m cause there werent any...and no dyes to be seen..

 

hey gms today i made my whole anuhart set +10 with stones i bought from broker which cost me about 400-500m. and when i came back my money was gone and so were my +10 enchants .......... anyways i dont have a screenshot of this cause i didnt really expect a crash and... so i hope you will still restore my gear altho i dont have a screen shot

 

while i am crafting my last two piece of dark dragon leathers (gloves and shoes). the gloves was successfully crafted as well as the shoes too. the gloves appeared on my inventory while the shoes (dark dragon leather shoes) is not.. meaning its gone and dont appear on my inventory.



then after that i decided to accept that bug and just make another one. and OMG! it really doesnt appear on my inventory! the Dark Dragon leather shoes. it happened on me twice and its really annoying! >.<


GM'S/admins, please help me with this problem. 2 missing Dark dragon leather shoes means a lot effort on me so please help me.

just to add info. i notice something not kinda right on what i saw.. these text i rounder with circles..
please help me.. i mean... return those items (lost items) to us. thank you

I lost a +10 tribunus bow with bolls love and i lost one tribunus hat . I dont have screens, i started to make them after they disapeared, but i have donation log.

Edit: i already contacted the support area in the site without sucess.

 

ok Hitkill do you want to find out how many has lost items or what? or you make a competition and the winner get's his items back?
