    I got this quest when I talked to the supicious Shugo in Heiron and he teleported me to the Steel Rake prison. I was supposed to talk to an npc there named Haorunerk, but when I spawned at the prison, the npc wasn't there. I relogged and closed the game, but still the npc wasn't there. So I figured it must be bugged or something -.-
