Pratrigio's Costume Bag​

Bug Description:

If you have no costume equipped and then use a costume bag that has a item in it it becomes locked on unusable you cannot place any items into the bag or cannot use it as its empty so it becomes broken its happened to one of my friends and twice to me​

How to reproduce/proof:

Get the costume bag place cosmetics inside, have no cosmetics equipped on character then use the bag, it no wont allow you to use the bag again or place any items inside of it rendering it useless​
