Premium to VIP account Question...

    hello AM's/GM,

    I have a question about upgrading my account to VIP Account

    My other account in aion was before premium and upgrade it to VIP then after my VIP ended my premium service was gone. what should I do to avoid this with my new account that im planning to upgrade to VIP..

    Take a screenshot showing you have premium so that in case it does disappear when your vip runs out you have proof you had it so Carl can reapply it if needed.

    Ehm, I thought the problem was fixed a while back.

    Shouldn't be too hard to do, I would recommend taking a screenshot using the print screen button of your account having Premium on it before purchasing VIP.

    If you can add a timestamp to the window it would help alot faster if something WERE to happen.

    Also yours was more detailed about the screenshotting.
