Problem...any PRO here that can help me?

i have 2 copies of aion, for retail and gamez
i can log in on retail, but encountered this problem:

then the game crashes


and in gamez:



but i already played last week with no problem like this

Put GamezAion launcher in the GamezAion program aion folder and run from folder

If it is still not working, run the launcher as admin and update the launcher. Make sure you have version 4.5.0.14 as the GamezAion version

 

I only have one Aion client on my computer, and I play both retail and gamez perfectly fine. As Vintageaion said, make sure you run gamezaion as administrator by right clicking on the icon and selecting "run as admininstrator", and then update the game.

Turn off your computer's UAC and Try again. Make sure you have the correct items.pak. Try the different methods with installing the items.pak too such as using the compressed files or loose. If that don't work. Check the size of the GamezAion client. It should be about 27 gb. If it is too big. Delete the patch folder and check again.

If it is too small. You need to repair the game for that folder or re copy the retail folder and replace your old GamezAion folder and reapply the downgrade and add the items.pak.
