Problem at upadate

    i updated my aion for 4.0 but i still can't play gamez... dunno why.
    i can play the official but can't play gamez...
    and there's no information or name about the error.. just codes like "%:¨#$¨#%%" and Erro [1024]
    someone can help me? ):
