Problem, I need GM (Spanish)

Hola,
Ayer jugando, en el servidor sin explicacion logica cuando me logeo mi cuenta dice : You can not access the game-through this IP.

Revisando en el foro dice que es ban, pero no se porque, ademas yo compre en la pagina y ahora me bannean :S.

Porfavor necesito algun admin en español.
