Problem in loading Aion, windows 8

hey I can currently sign into the Aion game it comes to the sign in screen where u put ur username and password but when i put those both in and then click sign in it says you are disconnected from the server and the game quits is there a fix around this?? plz someone help me i need to sign in i am running windows 8 pro 64bit
people are saying game is working mine is to but i cant sign in how do i fix this??
the game works but it wont sign in just disconnects is that a windows 8 problem if so is there a fix???

 

there is a win 8 fix that u must have, but it is related to the "no server available to the authorization server" or whatever it was

extract this inside your aion folder. cant guarantee it will fix this issue though

make sure you are running the game using the gamez launcher and not ncsoft launcher and that ur bin32 folder has the d3d8thk.dll file. right clicking the launcher and running it as administrator might help too
