Problem launching

Hello,

I have a problem with my Aion client, when I launch the launcher it verifies the files with no problems and when I press start, game launches up screen goes black, NCsoft appears and BAM Client not responding, every time at the exact same time. I have tried multiple full re-installs, re-downloading the new launcher, running as administrator etc. but nothing seems to work. I did not have this problem prior to re-installing windows and a complete format.

just 1 note: never click during startup coz it makes it freeze

this is a directx 9 game and most people here use dx10 or 11 which is too new and the game doesnt know how to render graphics and such

 

Yep I run Dx11 but I did that before the format as well. It also didn't let me downgrade my DX. Could it be net framework or something?

 

nah .NET framework is mostly for getting the gamezaion launcher error, this one is different

btw yes u do run on dx11, however installing dx9 to it doesnt replace urs, it merely adds the necessary files required to render older games (like aion). its 1 of the most common errors this game gives u ^^ and yes, if u havent installed it yet then u do need it

 

btw remember to restart ur pc a funny story from yesterday when the guy didnt do it, we ran out of ideas for fixing his graphics bug (after like 4 thread pages), then realized he didnt restart lol. worked fine after that

and yeah dx matters a lot lol, without dx9 when i played an 8 years old game, my graphics lagged like hell even on minimum settings >.> was horrible xD
