Problem trying to connect...

    Im posting for a friend.
    I can logg in, but when i have to choose my character they simply doesn't appear.
    I logged his account in my computer and all characters are there.
    He didn't update aion.
    He already reinstalled gamezaion patch and nothing happened.

    So... what we gonna do? :(

    He prolly updated game to 2.7 and gamez does not support it atm. He can either downgrade or redownload the 2.6 patch. U can find links for both options on forum.

    so i have it problem, no repair with download is problem the server, A few days ago we had another problem that we disconnected every 5 minutes, so pleasedo not say that a problem of our computers

    But when i log it here it's fine, when he logg in there, there is no characters in the account... what could it be and how to fix that?

    Nope, i can't.

    I mean... I can, but it's a friend problem, not mine. He can logg in and everything... but when he needs to change a character, they doesn't appear in his computer.
    When I log in his account here, they do appear.
