Problem with bind point (obelisk) in some areas

I do not know why, but in some areas if you want to save your character (you go there, then you log out) after relog your char will appear at the binding point (obelisk).
This happened to me in silentera canyon and in the big fortress from the middle of tiamaranta.
I've tried to change binding places but got no result... after coming back (relog) my char was at the binding obelisk.
It is just like you are tied from something... Does somebody knows a fix for this?

 

I honestly don't know the cause or how to fix it. I have also logged out in random places, Then when I log back in my character is magically at the obelisk when I wasn't even at obelisk. I'm sure this bug only-came today this is the only time I have experienced it. Maybe when the server gets restarted it will fix this bug or what ever it is.
