Problem with cleric

Hellow guy,

i can't have the skill "removed shock", i can't find it at the pnj seller.

i have buy the skill removed shock before the 1.9 update, and i have learned it, but i dont have this skill in my "active skill". i was thinking, it's not a probleme the skill dont work before 1.9

but today, in 1.9, i go in pandemonium, happy to buy my removed shock with godmodshield ^^, but i have read each pages and i dont have find it.

Someone have a reason/solution for this ?

"//givemissingskills" should probably fix this but it's not working right now.

My cleric has massingskills...

I have a big problem wiht my Cleric cuz it is lv 55 and has more then 3 skills that is missing in the active skills
Ive typed //givemissingskills 2 times to get all my skils nor I dont really have them "all' as it should be. PLZ!! Help me!
Because I was doing great domage before Ive installed 1.9Patch and now I just suck in PvP cuz my main(Smite+Thunderbolt+Divine Spark) chain skill is kinda bugged.->(I cant do Divine Spatk after Thnunderbolt).

to get remove shock go buy the skill book it will also let you buy the other skill for my cleric i did not learn 3 skills from 11-50 and givemissingskills did not work so just buy the book ? is it so hard if you don't get a skill there are books :O so you can read and figure how to use them :O

 

not bugged, they fixed trigger rate, you only have a 20% chance of being able to cast divine spark, and the skills you dont get after doing //givemissingskills are the 1.9 stigmas that are not available yet.

 

Proc chance is supposed to be 10%. In actual practice, it's closer to 2-5% though. >.>

Huge nerf to clerics. (Though our defensive power is now pretty insane.)

Then why in the patch of 1.5 Ive got 100%? And do u know when it will be avaliable plz?
Oh and Punishing Earth is missing 2. Ive done a PvP against another Cleric (lv 55) and he had 100% trigged the Divine Spark skil

If you flip a coin and get tails three times in a row, does that mean you have a 100% chance of landing on tails?

Please try to understand what you are reading. It was 100% in 1.5 because it was broken. Now it's fixed. (For better or for worse.)
