Problem with crdits (negative credits) please can somoene with power check this

Please help problem with donating !!!!!!!!


so i have my money back 7€ = 1000 cred , but my account have negative credits , and i need you to reset to 0 credits or 355 credits that is what i have before this big problem becouse paymentalwall registered the inverse payment on my account, i contact *********** saying this and they said he can't do that, and probably i have to talk with somoene with power inside the game , so here am i asking to you

well i posted this 2 weeks ago and no one done nothing as usualy , and i send this message to alente 3/4 weeks ago so please help

 

Negative credit means you credit card or what ever payment method you used to get credits most likely refunded your money back resulting in negative balance. I suggest Pming admin about this or the the payment method site.

To get the balance back to 0+ Positive you will most likely have to buy 1355 credits I'm afraid. =\



Oh and not a good idea to post your gamez aion ID: on the forums where public can see.
