Problem with creating account.

    I just made an account and I guess the password was typed in wrong because it is not working. When I try to use the password recovery it does not seem to let me change my password.

    There is no way for me to log in and change it because I'm not sure what my password is when I created the account. When I was logged in the password recovery email they sent me would not allow me to change my password, it would only keep letting me send another email, it was a vicious circle.


    Problem has been solved.

    Based on your reply, this issue was already resolved? Correct?

    However, if this is still not solved, you have to verify your account first so you'll be able to reset your password or use the forgot password option.

    i created my acc a 1 year ago and i completed the security that gives 300 credits but i didnt get creds
