problem with credits, server restart problem. I really need your help.

Something happened and I want to ask if I can do anything to solve it.

So, with my 4k credit that i had, i decided to buy a pair of ac crit rings.
That is 3k credits.

And it was in my inventory.

However, an announcement was on that server will be down in few minutes.

After the server was down, my pair of ac rings were gone, and credits were not returned.

Is there any way to solve this situation?

You would probably some screenshots before you bought them and a screenshot after. Probably only way to resolve it
