Problem with dispatch to altgard.

    Hello, I'm Somhio and ingame (on siel server) I'm Sokrus.
    I'm chanter lvl 60.

    At level 18 I completed the question "Dispatch to altgard", but i don't discovered Morheim, Brusthonin and Beluslan.

    I got the same problem on other characters.

    When you dispatch to the zone you have to talk to the general there. It will be the yellow campaign quest. once you started that it will open up the next zones campaign quests if you are the appropriate level. So start at the low level zone and work your way up.
