Problem with log in game :/

as before have been problems too outdated client and stuff ... today I downloaded again but this time I did it correctly.

doesnt work i have the correct version its some like the char was stucked i send the request for unstuck and waitng...

 

Thats to small, delete your L10N folder and start the NCsoft launcher & hit repair.

 

I'll do. my ncsoft launcher gave me a second update with a weight of 6.34 gb . I'm afraid I'll have to let it upgrade to completely rid of all these problems .... ty for help

 

would u link some video its to hard to follow step by step and how can i hit repair i dont know all of that
