    You may need to get intouch with super-rewards support people.

    They seem to block accounts due to verification issues with them of who you are. They tend to like to make sure that the person who is asking for the donation process to actually be the person who owns the account / credit card or payment method.

    Normally just a security feature that they use, it's happened to me once before as well. Just had to verify who I was.
