Problem with the NCSoft launcher, update and install.

    I spent all night downloading the game. After it finished downloading I let it update now it goes updating and installing to 2.0.0.9 after it reachs 45% it crashes and gives me this error 58 code.
    This one:

    Error Code: 58 (FileGroupApplicationErrorRollbackNotAttempted):

    Errors occurred while applying the patch,

    and a rollback was not attempted.

    The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should be repaired or reinstalled.

    The patch application errors are as follows:

    Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

    Ive looked everywhere but all the solutions doesn't seem to work and I don't want to reinstall because my internet is slow and would take 17 hours to download and I don't have that time. Can someone help me please.
