Problem with wrapping item Eternal

Excuse me i got a problem with the armor wrapping item (Eternal) that costs 50 credits bought the beritras jerkin from webshop but when i got it i cant seem to wrap it, my account is still lvl 4 so i think that has something to do with it but if someone can help me with this problem I'd appreciate it thank you

 

Have you checked the item you want to trade is wrappable?

 

it says its untradable, also says here that its packagaeble what ever that could mean

 

I will ask the admins to check on this.
