Website Issue Problems changing password

    Please, I forgot my password and I am trying to change it through the website. I get to the point where I send the user confirmation to my email. But when I click on the link sent, it appears on the Gamez website, but without any communication box to change the password. I've tried several times in different ways and nothing.
