Problems Reaching Char Screen

i am not exactly sure what is going on but i installed the launcher correctly and i get to the "accept" and after pushing that button i get just the background and it goes no where else. is there something i am missing? i do "run as admin" btw too.

 

Delete Bin32 folder and repair using NCSoft Launcher.

 

gamez is 3.7 already and uses the retail client (3.5.0.6). if u didnt update yet, u have to do it now

 

Hey guys, im old player, but for a long time didnt played, i downloaded the game, installed, same as Gamez aion launcher, game start, i put my id and pasword, and thats it , the video still runing and nothing else happened, i checked all the forum threads and nothing found to help me . IT says the game version 4.5 bla bla , how i solve it ?
