Problems with changing password and email adress

Hello! I play here like 2-3 years i never share acc info but once per time id prefer to change password id try many times and all time i dont get any mail on my mailbox. Id try to contact Alente but to change it its like mission impossible xD cuz to send mail my mailing portal need to work good and its not i dont get email from some sites and same with send it xD second thing its my mail adress i got 2 and not sure on with one id register my acc xD
if its here any gm who can hlep me change email pls lemme know i dont want change this stupid password anymore just want my mailing system with my account (game acc not forum) work like it should.
