    hey i just wanted to know the step to uploading a profile background i have the picture i want it not a motion picture just a reg pic....any help would be appreciated ty

    you can upload it here rcUPLOAD - Simplified Sharing and then use the link witch you put in "page background" in "costumize my profile" on your profile page, that button is at top right.
