    Bug Description:
    1. Hire a Worker in Olvia not working
    2. Reach Training Beginner 5, Apprentice 5, Skilled 5 then talk to Gula not working (fixed)
    3. Reach Cooking Skilled 1, Professional 1, then talk to David Finto not working (fixed)    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1. Talk to Kafu and hire worker.
    2. Reach to certain training lifeskill level and then talk to Gula and then click Chat<W> and click that option.
    2. Reach to certain cooking lifeskill level and then talk to David Finto and then click Chat<W> and click that option.​
