    My current objective is to find the Research Diary at Port Anangke, I've spent at least an hour but I can't find it. Is it spawned? or does it change location? I've done this quest a few times now so I know its exact location. I've done this quest on my main and on my other toon along with my friend and its always there. Maybe the update yesterday has something to do with this? Because I've done this quest just 2 days ago with other toon.
