pronlem when teleporting

    Gud eve Am.can anyone help me ..

    when i teleport to katalam or danaria..my character will be stuck or hang..then when i went to the website to see if where is my character ..it said unknown..the i click the unstuck request..nothing happen,

    can somebody help me with this problem..Thank you
